Daddy's birthday!!! (and other random pictures)

The kids decided to make masks one day! Here are the results!!!
Baby J's was made by big sissie, but Baby J LOVED wearing it the rest of the afternoon.
K's had to have that manly, green hair look! And eventually, I made the eye holes a bit more functional.
J made a princess mask to be worn to a masquerade ball (at least that is what I was told!)
I thought they were quite creative and turned our rather cute.
That's some serious daddy love for the birthday boy!!!!!
Baby J decided to take matters into her own hands (she was tired of waiting for daddy to blow out the candles - he was being polite and listening to us sing). She was ready to do some cake eating!!!
We took the aging Tubaman to a Teppan Yaki restaurant for his birthday (it just so happens that his birthday was on a Monday and this restaurant has "kid's eat free" on Mondays...what luck!!)
Yummy cooking! Our little man has never been a big fan of the fire! (to the point that we have to ask the chef to let us know when the fire is coming so we can hold him tightly and prepare him for the flame.) However, he does like the onion train smoke, so pictures of it are permitted!

And they even brought ice cream for the birthday boy! Which the little girl ate! Hopefully she doesn't need glasses anytime soon. If so, we will try to get some that fit a little better than daddy's. However, they are only slightly too big.

It was combat night at the funny farm. Some seriously funny videos will be shared eventually. Until then, you will have to guess who won.
Some friends and family from back in the homeland have been asking about the pregnant lady since she is usually doing the picture taking and tends to be seen very little in the blog. (They were really just curious as to how fat I am and wanted to be able to make fun of me during my "size of a baby elephant" stage) So following are a few pictures of me to appease them. (Nobody said they had to be pretty, but most baby elephants are seen as cute, so maybe you can tolerate them *grin*)
