Some friends at church opened up their home for the kids of our church to make gingerbread houses. The kids had a blast, and as you can see, the houses turned out beautifully.
Our wonderful friends invited us to visit their parents/grandparents and spend the day at their house. We had a yummy lunch, played outside, and enjoyed our time together. The tree house was a HUGE hit! I think Poppy may be in trouble when we next visit him. He may be building a tree house this summer. *grin*
We also went to the TubaChristmas located in this town. The TubaMan played loud and proud!!!
Here, J, K, and their sweet friends, Bee-Bop and Rae-Rae (sporting the TubaChristmas hats) listened to the Christmas joy being spread by TUBAS!!!!! 
And sweet Baby J enjoyed it as well. Don't let the sunny squints and lack of coats fool you. Here in the desert, once the sun goes down, it gets COLD! 
And the grandparents of Bee-Bop and Rae-Rae who allowed us to hang out at their place all day. They were wonderful hosts. We had a terrific time with them. 
Baby J was practicing her Christmas songs. I wanted to expose her true potential!
Can't quite remember where we had been, but the big sis thought it was adorable that they fell asleep exactly the same way. I HAD to go inside, get the camera, and take this picture.

J received a backpack she had wanted for months.
K is now the owner of a tractor and hauler, some camo house shoes, and an animal coloring book.
Baby J is sporting her new "neigh" shirt and house shoes.
