Smoky Mountain National Park

We love going to this wonderful part of the Smokies. After a picnic, driving around this wonderfully preserved piece of history, and playing in the creek, our day was complete.

Boopsie baby couldn't make it any longer. That whole car ride thing was just too exhausting (not to mention the two hikes we took and all the stops to look at the beautiful creatures like the above).
We stopped for another picnic by the river and the kids couldn't resist the beauty of the water. Sari and baby J skipping rocks. Well, one is mostly throwing them, but one is a pretty good skipper.Princess J just HAD to swim. Aunt J was the official lifeguard.
Juju wanted to swim, but her mama wouldn't let her get wet. *grin*Aw! Ain't JP purty!
