Super cow woman and her calf!
Someone who recently visited the farm for the first time said that cows really do not look (in real life) anything like the cows in the comics (his only exposure to cows prior to his farm visit). Yes, people, cows do have four legs and come in lots of different colors. What you see here are beef cattle. Yep! The stuff you eat starts right here on lovely farms such as this. The black cows are Black Angus and the white ones are Charolais. The ones you usually see in pictures (the black and white kind) are Holstein which is a Dairy cow. You are welcome for your farm lesson for the day. *grin*
A view from the top of the farm.
Hayrides do funny things to ya.
See what I mean?
Miss Judy and Mr. Glenn loving the newest member of the funny farm.
J getting ready for the wind-up.
Juju and K are a hard team to beat.
This picture speaks for itself. Eatin' time!
The farm needs YOU!
This lovely lady's daddy was having a birthday. Isn't she a sweet present?
Some good eats down on the farm...and I have them ALL to myself.
Hot dog roast in June. Not exactly cool weather in the hot and humid south. Only tough ol' Poppy can withstand the heat to roast the weiners.
Cousin Grace and Rebecca.
Ah! This farm stuff is the life!

Thanks for the cow lesson! It was *utterly a-moo-sing*! ha ha
I love looking at all the farm photos. Reminds me of my childhood up until 3rd grade when we moved to the burbs. I've always had a special place in my heart for farms and country living :)
Oh, and that car seat is absolutely adorable! Where ever did you get that? *grin* Joelle looks very comfy (and CUTE) sitting in it :)
