John Philip Duck

If you are not familiar with the above heading, you must check out the children's book "John Philip Duck" by Patricia Polacco. It is a fictional story about the REAL ducks that march from their home on top of the Peabody Hotel, ride down the elevator, spend the day in the fountain in the hotel lobby, ride the elevator back up, and enjoy the night in their palace.

Yes, we were able to stop and see the Peabody ducks on our way back home. It is located in downtown Memphis. Here's the story...
