No, I did not forget, but between out being out of town, my lack of feeling well thanks to growing a new member of the family, and our latest project, I have had little time to sit at the computer. I am squeezing in a few moments today while my hubby is at work (when he is home, he makes me work on our project *grin*)! Above, the kids are ripping up the carpet from the daddy's office. Below, the mama starts painting.
The kids take a moment to leave their mark on the floor where the new hardwood floor will be.
The daddy and his little helper begin laying the wood.
Ooh la la! The floor is complete. The baseboards go back on. The room looks AWESOME!

The mama and the daddy's room is the next one to tackle. Here the daddy and the biggest helper begin cleaning.
AAUGHGH! Fashion crisis in the midst of the chaos. My purse and my shoes don't match.

And now the fun can begin.

Ah, yes! The daddy was successful in the completion of the floor. The furniture was returned to its rightful place, and the mama and daddy could sleep in their own bed.
