Our family's loss

J's first fish passed away and went to the big fish bowl in the sky in early January. His name was Pinky.
We had just returned from the beach so we placed some shells on the grave. We had out special ceremony and sang "This Is My Father's World" at J's request.
Poor little J. She was so sad to have lost her first pet. Pinky had been with us for almost three years.
And then a little later we celebrated the Tubaman's birthday.
"A wallet. Just what I always wanted."
(Of course he was so surprised since he gets one every year *grin*).
